~ 🇦🇺 GBP/AUD consolidates its recovery at 1.9118, sitting just below the 50 day moving average at 1.9130

~ The advance from May's low at 1.8540 remains intact, with early August's pullback holding above 1.90

~ The RBA's unanimous August hold doused near term hike bets and softened the Aussie, aiding the pair's latest lift

~ The Board's conditional trigger stands, so hot Australian inflation or jobs data would revive Aussie rate support and cap the pair

~ A daily close above the 50 day average opens 1.9200 and puts sterling back on the front foot

~ Above there, the July high at 1.9362 and April peak at 1.9402 form the band that rejected the last two advances

~ A close through 1.9402 would complete the recovery, while rejection keeps consolidation intact with 1.90 first support
